Responsibilities
Analyze property operations and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities
Support budget vs. actual reviews, capital plans, and leasing performance optimization
Conduct market research, rent studies, and competitive analysis
Assist with dispositions, refinances, recapitalizations, and lender reporting
Prepare quarterly reporting packages, valuations, and cash flow projections
Maintain internal dashboards, performance metrics, and asset-level data systems
Collaborate with property management, acquisitions, and executive leadership to drive outcomes
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, finance, or related analytical roles
BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of budgeting, property operations, and investment principles
