Support Tradeweb’s legal department
Report directly to the team’s Corporate Counsel
Assist on a variety of transactional and corporate matters
Drafting and negotiating contracts and other corporate documents
Supporting Tradeweb’s business teams
Qualification
Required
First-year law student currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and desire to learn
Ability to think critically and analyze complex issues
Interest in corporate law and financial or technology industries
Preferred
Previous practical legal experience in a corporate or law firm environment preferred, but not required
