Responsibilities

Define, articulate, and communicate a bold and compelling product vision for QuickBooks Live's Expert experience and communications
Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer, Expert, and Accountant research Transform insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomes
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with broader business objectives. Work closely with other QuickBooks product teams who are focused on shared experiences and VEP partners building the Expert platform
Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. Implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releases
Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentation Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on product offerings
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of product initiatives. Report on business performance and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including service delivery partners and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive broad adoption of new product features

Required

8+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products, ideally in technology-driven, AI-powered service environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformational change
Experience in managing high-performing, engaged product teams
Operates with a platform mindset, ensures solutions are designed and implemented in a way that can scale across the full portfolio
Passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies
Track record of delivering customer-backed solutions
Strong operational acumen with the ability to implement processes that drive efficiency and scale
Experience in navigating high levels of ambiguity and visibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels
Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform requirements, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
Deep understanding and significant hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging LLM-based agentic systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required
