Director of Paid Media
iQor is a company focused on helping businesses grow through digital marketing and sales execution. They are seeking a Director of Paid Media to build and optimize an in-house paid media function, transforming an untapped business line into a high-margin offering. This role involves strategy, execution, and reporting across various paid digital channels to ensure strong ROI for both internal and client accounts.
Responsibilities
Build & Own the Paid Media Function
Design, launch, and optimize an internal paid media capability replacing current contractor-led workflows
Develop a scalable operating model, including forecasting, pacing, optimization cycles, creative requirements, and reporting frameworks
Establish best-in-class processes, QA checks, and governance for managing client budgets with full transparency
Create repeatable campaign playbooks and documentation to support growth of the service line
Lead multi-channel paid media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Own end-to-end campaign execution: audience building, bidding, pacing, performance optimization, and attribution
Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities to reallocate spend toward higher-performing channels/tactics
Ensure strong ROI for both internal spend and client accounts
Partner with client-facing teams to uncover opportunities, develop media plans, and drive revenue growth
Translate client business goals into precise paid media strategies with clear KPIs
Build transparent client reporting including budget allocation, results, and insights
Present performance reviews, recommendations, and optimization strategies directly to clients and leadership
Build forecasting models, ROI analyses, and monthly/quarterly performance reviews
Implement platforms, tools, and workflows needed for a modern paid media operation
Collaborate with Product, RevOps, and BI teams to integrate paid media data into internal dashboards and analytics
Oversee a growing team as the business line expands
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of hands-on paid media experience; agency background or multi-client portfolio a plus
Proven success managing $1M+ monthly budgets across multiple channels
Deep expertise in attribution modeling, performance optimization, and funnel analytics
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs, and supplemental tools (e.g., Looker, Data Studio, HubSpot, Maxio)
Experience building or scaling a paid media function—process creation, team design, vendor/tool selection
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and clients
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
A builder's mindset: comfortable creating structure, process, and strategy from the ground up
