Responsibilities
Manage accounts with the help of our CRM tool to ensure that files keep moving through the pipeline
Take accurate and complete mortgage loan applications in Encompass (training provided if needed)
Learn and apply income calculation concepts for hourly, salaried, variable, and self-employed borrowers
Become proficient in mortgage guidelines and regulations, applying them to the applicant’s specific needs and goals
Own loan files from application through closing, ensuring timelines and documentation stay on track
Confidently communicate with clients, Realtors, processors, and title partners - handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and friendliness
Anticipate issues and address them early — before they become problems
Maintain organized, detailed files and follow established processes consistently
Qualification
Required
Customer service, sales, or client-facing experience (comfort handling conversations and questions is required)
College degree or at least 1 year of office administration or professional office experience where you have learned a new software (CRM, POS, LOS etc)
Strong typing skills, attention to deadlines, and ability to manage multiple priorities
