Confidential company is seeking an Oracle Test Lead to manage testing processes and ensure quality in Oracle ERP modules. The role involves coordinating with teams for end-to-end testing and executing various testing types, while also participating in defect review meetings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Biz., teams and Development Teams to ensure end-to-end testing scope is understood

Create and execute testing for System Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing

Participate in daily defect review meetings to track progress as agreed by SLA with the development team and manage defect closures

Validate entry / exit criteria per test phase

Report testing issues/risks/dependencies

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Extensive years of experience in Oracle ERP modules – Order Management, Service supply chain, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Financials - Account Receivables & Account Payables, Tax and Customs

Understanding of service supply chain and intercompany concepts for products, services, spares, and cost-plus processes

Demonstrates the working knowledge of business processes of Oracle ERP modules

Excellent Client Interfacing skills, great communication skills and team management

Strong test organizational and planning skills with experience of full Software Testing Lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience in Requirement documents review to understand end to end testing scope

Coordinate with Biz., teams and Development Teams to ensure end-to-end testing scope is understood

Create and execute testing for System Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing

Knowledge of Test Automation tools like Selenium and OATS

Experience with MS Teams, MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence for communication, test document management and versioning

Participate in daily defect review meetings to track progress as agreed by SLA with the development team and manage defect closures

Validate entry / exit criteria per test phase

Report testing issues/risks/dependencies
