The role involves assisting with month end close, creating reporting for Key Performance Indicators, and working cross functionally to monitor cost allocations and inventory analysis.

Responsibilities

Reconciling G/L accounts, preparing supporting schedules, posting adjusting journal entries, variance analysis, and preparing monthly financial and KPI reporting / dashboard packages

Work with the leadership team on ad-hoc analysis to analyze trends in the business and provide insights for financial forecasts and modeling

Inventory analysis, coordinate the physical inventory / cycle count processes, ensuring accuracy

Analyze and streamline various processes across the business with an emphasis on continuous productivity improvement

Participate in the setup and implementation of the new ERP system

Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Update and track status of each job order (billings vs payments)

Monthly sales tax filings and property tax filings

Streamline the process for calculating payments for sales commission program on an ongoing basis

Other duties and projects as assigned
