Qualification

Required

Strong backend testing with Java or Python

Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch

Work with a squad on manual and automated testing

Build and maintain standardized test automation frameworks (ETL, API, backend, frontend)

Partner with the Test Automation Working Group to ensure best practices and consistency

Preferred

Python/PyTest preferred

Financial Services experience is a plus

Leadership experience preferred
