Responsibilities
Taking ownership of a summer-long project and seeing it through from inception to completion
Analyzing and underwriting potential real estate acquisitions using Belveron financial models
Preparing investment memos and related documents; participating in investment committee meetings
Reviewing and understanding legal documents
Coordinating and evaluating third-party due diligence reports
Assisting in firm-wide initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Progress towards a Master's degree required
Preferred
2+ years of relevant work experience (real estate investing, private equity, investment banking, economic development, public finance)
Preference for graduate school graduation in 2027
Strong interest in pursuing a career in affordable housing or real estate investment
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on real estate financial modeling
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly analytical and motivated person with a desire to learn
