Growth Marketer
Posha is a fast-growing startup focused on building autonomous cooking robots that enhance home cooking experiences. The Growth Marketer will lead partnerships and brand growth initiatives to achieve significant pre-order milestones while engaging with potential users and partners at various events.

Responsibilities
Own and execute Posha’s partnerships motion to tell great stories, working hands-on with creators, communities, and aligned brands to shape how people perceive and adopt eating at home with Posha
Build authentic, long-term partner relationships (not one-off sponsorships), ensuring partners genuinely use and believe in the product before telling the story
Drive partnerships end-to-end — outreach, onboarding, activation, content coordination, and basic performance tracking and iterate quickly based on what works
Act as a primary face of Posha at demos, meetups, and community events, engaging directly with potential users and partners
Travel to different cities to execute on-ground demos, clearly explaining the product, its value, and how it fits into everyday home cooking
Qualification
Required
Understand the intersection of food <> AI <> tech
Have a knack for understanding what great content looks like
You've worked in early-stage 0→1 startups and thrived amidst chaos
You have a great eye for design and a deep understanding of how great brands are built
