Responsibilities
Program, configure, and troubleshoot home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Savant)
Manage and execute system updates, network configurations, and remote support tasks
Coordinate service calls, client requests, and emergency support as needed
Collaborate with field technicians and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients
Be available for nights and weekends as needed for remote or onsite emergencies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with at least one major automation platform (Control4, Lutron, or Savant)
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, routers, switches, and IP configuration
Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and time-management skills
Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset
Experience programming and servicing Control4, Lutron, or Savant systems
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with Crestron or other automation platforms is a strong plus
IT background or experience with system integrations is a plus but not required
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a passion for smart home technology
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed for remote or onsite emergencies
