They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead nationwide portfolio performance, elevate team execution, and build scalable systems as they continue to expand.

Responsibilities
Oversee nationwide operations across all COARE communities (multi-state portfolio)
Build, refine, and enforce operating systems, SOPs, and KPI standards
Lead and develop District Managers & on-site leadership teams nationwide
Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, asset quality, and sales outcomes
Ensure financial discipline across budgets, collections, and controllable expenses
Oversee maintenance standards, turn execution & capital project coordination
Champion resident experience, safety, retention and Fair Housing compliance
Partner with leadership on acquisitions integration & expansion strategy
Operate within Yardi & Monday.com — familiarity with both strongly preferred
Qualification
Required
Master's (Required)
Property Management: 5 years (Required)
Experience as either a District Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President, or COO
Preferred
Operate within Yardi & Monday.com — familiarity with both strongly preferred
Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
