New Grad, Entry LevelSIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to support print and mail operations. This is a hands-on helper/support role focused on assisting with printing, paper handling, and mail preparation activities.
Information Services
Responsibilities
Load 1099 paper into Xerox 288 printers and PS600 pressure sealing equipment (training provided)
Assist with operation and basic monitoring of printing and pressure sealing equipment
Lift and move paper boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
Lift and place mail trays containing 1099 forms (up to 20 lbs) onto mobile carts
Stand for extended periods while performing print and mail preparation tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow operational and safety procedures during equipment use
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods
Comfortable working in a production or print-room environment
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Preferred
Prior experience with Xerox printers or PS600 pressure sealing equipment (helpful but not required)
Experience in print, mailroom, or operations support environments
