Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and report packages under U.S. GAAP and IFRS for the organization and its subsidiaries
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to parent companies, regulators, and rating agencies
Analyze financial results to identify key business drivers and detect errors or anomalies
Prepare executive reports and Board presentations highlighting key trends and insights
Liaise with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and effective issue resolution
Research complex accounting standards and recommend updates to policies and processes
Lead the integration of AI analytics, RPA, Power BI dashboards, and other digital tools to transform reporting processes
Design and implement sustainable, automated reporting processes that scale effectively
Collaborate with Finance leadership to modernize workflows and incorporate cutting-edge technologies
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on innovation and quality
Oversee team planning, performance management, and professional development within Corporate Reporting
Promote cross-functional collaboration and best-practice adoption across the finance organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting or accounting
5+ years of leadership experience
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred
