New Grad, Entry LevelFram Monument Company is seeking a Memorial Designer and Production Coordinator who will create accurate, detailed drawings and plans for monument projects. The role involves collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
Create accurate and detailed drawings and plans for monument projects using CAD and other design software
Develop precise 2D monument designs, accounting for dimensions, materials, and structural requirements
Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to understand client specifications and design intent
Provide support to the sales team by creating visual presentations and renderings for client proposals
Prepare engraving stencils and all accompanying documentation for the production team
Track materials throughout the production process and communicate status updates to the production team
Order additional materials as needed, such as ceramic photos (cameos)
Prepare clear instructions and coordinate with production to ensure designs and specifications are accurately executed in the finished memorial
Revise and modify drawings as needed based on client feedback, design changes, or production requirements
Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project specifications
Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in monument design and drafting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, interior design, drafting, or a related field
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Corel or similar programs OR quick learner who picks up new software quickly
Eye for design
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and technical documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in monument design, drafting, or a related field is preferred but not required
