This role focuses on business and operational data migration, requiring strong communication skills and collaboration with operations, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of insurance system and data migration projects
Analyze legacy insurance data and ensure accurate migration to new platforms
Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
Partner with operations and IT teams to support implementation timelines
Identify and help mitigate data and process risks during migration
Assist with testing and post-migration validation
Provide end-user support during system transitions
Track progress and communicate status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve pre- and post-migration issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
Experience supporting system implementations or data migration projects
Hands-on experience with Vertafore platforms, including: AIM (Agency Information Management), ImageRight
Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy administration, or underwriting workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Preferred
Experience in a Wholesale or MGA insurance environment
Familiarity with AMS360, MGA Systems, or NetRate
Experience supporting multi-phase or multi-entity migrations
Local candidates within commuting distance of the office locations
