Responsibilities

You will be the operational jack-of-all-trades - from co-ordinating guest speakers and running house logistics, to organising workshops and being responsible for the house vibes

If it has to do with the house or the founders in it, it’s your responsibility

You make sure the residency runs smoothly, and everyone has a great experience living there

Required

Operational experience: 2-3+ years in an operational role in a high-growth startup or founding environment

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Airtable, Slack, and Salesforce, with experience in creating automations. Curiosity and willingness to learn-on-the-job will be considered, if you don't have experience

Strategic & Tactical Balance: Proven ability to think long-term while excelling in day-to-day execution

High regard for detail: Meticulous in record-keeping and tracking metrics

Customer-obsessed: doing everything with customer experience in mind

Team player: Exceptional verbal and written skills to engage diverse stakeholders
