Responsibilities
B2C growth strategy development: use our full market view to recommend where to invest and quantify size of the prize
Write the growth plan: partner with clients and their agencies to define target audiences, media mix, and messaging themes
Set the experimentation plan and prove outcomes: translate data into testable hypotheses, measure impact and refine based on results
Executive storytelling: simplify complex insights and deliver clear presentations to the C-suite
Thought leadership and enablement: build reusable playbooks that drive results for our clients and that Sales and Success can run at scale
Qualification
Required
7–12 years across consulting, modern media, and/or growth
Fluent in paid social, programmatic, and/or retail media
Comfortable in: SQL basics, Looker, Tableau, and/or Sigma
Strong test-and-learn discipline: control design, lift math, and incrementality concepts
Portfolio of client-ready decks that show structured thinking, clear strategy, and compelling storytelling
Expert in Slides and Sheets/Excel; you can model scenarios, calculate lift, and visualize results quickly
Executive presence with clear, concise writing and presentation
