Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-10 people, establishing project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and fulfilling contractual, financial and cost control responsibilities
Lead or assist on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings
Interface with clients and lead meetings during the construction administration phase of a project

Healthcare facility designRevitArchitectural project managementRegistered architectHealthcare regulationsCodes

Required

A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
Prior experience with healthcare facility design
B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes
Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit
Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally

Preferred

Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
