Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by increasing headcount, revenue, and margins within client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and hiring managers
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet client needs
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Oversee client relationships through pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support
Ensure compliance with SLAs and track performance metrics
Collaborate with recruiting teams to clearly communicate client requirements and ensure successful candidate delivery
Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions

Required

At least 3 years of experience in staffing sales
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong customer service and client-facing skills; prior sales experience is a major plus

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
