IT Support Engineer II
ICS is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to deliver high-quality technical support and software troubleshooting. In this role, you will manage computer systems across client organizations and provide exceptional service while enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Be an integral point for ticket escalation for higher level issues
Accepts tickets through HelpMe (BMS) within the ICS SLA’s
Update tickets on a daily basis and communicate with the clients regarding resolution
Assist L1 associates
Assist other departments includes IT Help Desk and auditing ICS IT software
Qualification
Required
Experience in Windows Server
Experience in Routing
Experience in Switching
Experience in Microsoft 365 (InTune)
Core skills in desktop and network support
Relevant knowledge in computer networking
Knowledge in VPN
Knowledge in SCCM
Preferred
Working in multiple server environments
PMP Training and Certification- Online
Kaseya Training- Internal
BMS online
Sophos Technician online
Datto Backupify and BCDR online
IT Glue Admin online
