Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple home textile categories, from concept through production
Define and drive the creative vision for collections, ensuring designs reflect market trends and brand identity
Develop and refine original designs incorporating prints, weaves, textures, and fabric techniques, maintaining a high standard of innovation and quality
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform seasonal direction, product innovation, and assortment planning
Oversee the creation of detailed tech packs, including material specifications, print and construction techniques, and color and finish guidelines
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately while maintaining feasibility, quality, and efficiency
Partner with vendors to refine techniques, optimize processes, and enhance both aesthetic and functional performance of products
Curate cohesive color palettes, materials, and finishes across collections
Mentor and provide guidance to designers fostering creativity, consistency, and professional growth
Contribute to strategic planning and innovation initiatives, supporting EnVogue’s position as a leader in trend-driven, high-quality home décor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Home Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field
10+ years of experience in textile or product design, preferably in home décor/furniture or related category
Strong knowledge of textile construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
Solid understanding of color, pattern, and trend development
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with CAD programs and technical drawing
Ability to balance creative vision with commercial goals and timelines
A portfolio showcasing a range of textile designs including prints, weaves, and fabric constructions is required
