Responsibilities

Analyze client needs and provide strategic advice on business immigration options
Maintain open and accurate communication with clients throughout the immigration process, offering support with program management and compliance
Supervise and collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of visa petitions
Manage high-volume cases and ensure they are processed efficiently with attention to detail
Address client inquiries and assist in the filing process
Review and ensure the accuracy of the legal support team’s work by establishing case strategies
Perform other duties as required to support the business immigration practice

Required

Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
4–6 years of experience in business immigration law
Proven success in a fast-paced legal environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction
In-depth knowledge of business immigration law and visa processes
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent client service and communication abilities, both written and verbal

Preferred

Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus
