Responsibilities

Operate a variety of woodworking and veneer production machines, including presses, sanders, shears, and cutting knives
Follow detailed work instructions, production specifications, and standard operating procedures
Identify, document, and report quality concerns to ensure product standards are met
Handle fragile veneer panels with care to prevent damage
Assist other production areas and team members as needed to support workflow and output
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Operating woodworking machineryVeneer manufacturing experienceBasic computer skillsManufacturing experienceAttention to detail

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day

Preferred

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience operating production machinery
Woodworking or veneer manufacturing experience
