Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and report on performance metrics including revenue, profitability, and efficiency
Build and grow customer base and relationships
Respond to customer concerns
Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties
Communicate policies, procedures, and company/department goals to employees
Collaborate with the Training Department to develop skills and competencies of employees
Assure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism in representing the Company to employees and customers
Develop and implement a service growth plan and budget
Qualification
Required
Previous supervisory experience in Truck Service a must
Experience with Proceed strongly encouraged
Highly effective verbal and written communication
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and employees
Valid Driver's License
