Oversee the credit and collections function to ensure strong cash flow and minimal bad debt exposure
Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and internal controls
Manage customer credit risk, including credit limits and payment terms
Analyze AR trends, prepare reporting, and recommend process improvements
Drive efficiencies and automation within the credit & collections cycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, or AR management
Strong background in credit risk analysis and commercial collections
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Preferred
Background in construction, services, or manufacturing strongly preferred
