At least one year of experience with drafting and negotiating NDAs or other similar commercial agreements at a law firm or financial institution

Ability to work extended hours as needed

Proven ability to meet, and experience with meeting, tight deadlines, assume significant responsibilities, and see multiple projects with simultaneous, competing deadlines through to their conclusion

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare written memoranda and correspondence

Excellent oral business communication skills, including experience with making and taking phone, video, and conference calls. Direct client contact experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and learn difficult legal and commercial concepts quickly
