They are seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to develop utility plans, specifications, and contract documents while working under the supervision of a senior engineer.

Responsibilities
Develop skills to prepare utility plans, specifications, and contract documents
Gain a comprehensive understanding of engineering through projects and challenges
Gain exposure to best practice methods with calculations and other necessary skills
Build your knowledge of the rules and regulations that apply to a variety of project types
Work with CAD, GIS, Office tools and specialty software
Visit work sites during design and construction phases – see projects come to life
Learn about the materials, means, and methods contractors use to build infrastructure we design
Enhance your time management, organizational, communication, and team building skills
Develop lifelong writing & research skills through reports, permit applications, etc
Learn how to identify tasks needed to complete an assignment
Understand how we collaborate with clients to improve the communities we serve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other related Engineering degree from an accredited college or university
Engineer-in-Training certification (or the ability to achieve in 6 months)
Responsible, ability to take directions, and complete tasks or projects
Motivated to learn, challenge yourself, and work with a group to achieve a common goal
Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to thrive on a team
Ability to embody our brand by treating clients and employees with courtesy and respect
Preferred
Experience with MS Office, Google Docs, and AutoCAD
