Responsibilities
Drive community management for core parts of the Global Business Solutions Group as part of the brand social team, with a focus on Reddit Daily, hands-on platform engagement
Partner with strategists on the brand social team to help inform strategic approach and content development, manage the editorial calendar, and publish content on a daily basis
Work with cross-functional teams including content marketing, sales, customer success, analytics, acquisition, and holistic search
Build deep customer empathy and keep a pulse on conversations across our target audiences including mid-market and accountants
Own end-to-end measurement and reporting for areas of focus
Continually stay on top of industry development across the social landscape, especially as it relates to best-in-class community management and social platforms
Qualification
Required
Social community management experience at a large brand or organization, with preference given to experience building community on Reddit
Social media core capabilities including in-depth platform knowledge, community management, editorial calendar management, and publishing Exceptional writing and copywriting skills
Proven experience writing both proactive and reactive copy within a brand's voice and tone
Strong judgement and ability to follow playbooks, principles, and brand guidelines
Excellent program management skills
Ability to self-start, build relationships, work cross-functionally, communicate, navigate barriers, juggle multiple high-priority projects, and influence in a highly matrixed, large organization
Analytical skills and experience making data-backed recommendations from internal and external sources
Preferred
B2B experience and familiarity with the small business landscape
Understanding of AI search landscape and the impact of social platforms
Familiarity with social listening tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch)
