Responsibilities

Program management tasks including tracking the completion of home health work plan action steps for each of our LTSS markets

Create and monitor the LTSS key performance metrics dashboard along with tracking key information, processes and vendors for each LTSS market

Develop LTSS policy drafts along with researching and reviewing potential LTSS growth opportunities in new and existing states

Participate in LTSS strategy meetings and developing related work plans

Attend select conferences and representing Centene; and tracking and engaging in key relationships and sponsorships

Proactively manage areas such as risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, etc

Serve as the first escalation point for project issues and risks. Work directly with the project teams to resolve issues and create risk mitigation plans. Escalate well-formulated issues and risks to leadership. Effectively communicate business and technology issues and solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

8+ years of Program or Project Management experience

Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of staff

Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools

Preferred

Microsoft Office software including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc.; and potentially use of Smartsheet

Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience

Master's degree

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
