Responsibilities

Provide in‑person customer service as a Customer Service & Sales Associate, greeting customers, listening to their needs, and delivering personalized support while representing AT&T’s products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
Build rapport with customers face‑to‑face, ask attentive questions to understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions that drive sales success and enhance customer satisfaction
Engage with customers in a consultative manner, explaining features, benefits, and differences between plans, devices, and service options to support informed sales decisions
Accurately maintain customer interactions and sales records in company systems following each in‑person engagement, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with team members on site to share insights, exchange best practices, and contribute to meeting overall sales goals while delivering a consistently positive customer experience
