Responsibilities
Define and evolve the technical architecture across financial applications, data, and infrastructure to ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability
Manage backend operations for Elite 3E and related systems, including configuration, performance tuning, database administration, and monitoring
Oversee servers, databases, middleware, and disaster recovery to ensure system uptime, redundancy, and compliance
Serve as senior escalation point for complex performance and integration issues and drive long-term remediation plans
Design, manage, and enhance integrations using APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and middleware for enterprise platforms, reporting tools, and data warehouses
Partner with AI, development, and analytics teams to embed AI/LLM automation, predictive modeling, and workflow intelligence into financial systems
Establish and enforce standards for data governance, security, access control, change management, and compliance
Provide architectural leadership, mentoring, and technical review across engineering and analyst teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or financial systems support (law firm/professional services preferred)
Expert knowledge of Elite 3E architecture, configuration, and integrations
Experience with Rocket Proforma, eBilling Hub, and Transform
Strong systems integration, API development, and data pipeline engineering skills
Exposure to AI/LLM platforms and intelligent workflow automation
Advanced SQL, Python, and scripting for automation and diagnostics
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Strong understanding of networking, middleware, and enterprise security architecture
Skilled in troubleshooting across application, data, and infrastructure layers
Clear communicator with ability to lead technical design discussions and multi-system initiatives
