Engineers will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and ensure that tasks meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute design modification packages (calcs, specs, analysis, reports) in accordance with IP-ENG-001
Perform basic design and analysis of concrete, steel structures, heavy load components, and equipment supports
Develop plans, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Create 3-D analytical models using FEA and seismic analysis techniques
Support the development of design and construction drawings
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure integration and accuracy
Conduct field investigations, installation support, and as-built documentation
Ensure assigned tasks meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
2–5 years of progressively responsible experience in design engineering
Experience with Design Change Packages and standard IP-ENG-001
Strong background in civil/structural mechanics, hydraulics, materials science, and statistical analysis
Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and tools such as Mathcad, Matlab, or equivalent
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship or permanent work authorization required
Preferred
Mid-level candidates must have commercial nuclear experience
Junior-level candidates do not require nuclear background but it is strongly preferred
