Responsibilities
Contact warm prospects who submitted requests through online forms, phone calls, direct mail, or digital advertising
Deliver a professional customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
Explain available options clearly and assist clients with simple applications, many completed in under 10 minutes
Help align clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement planning options
Follow documented processes and maintain accurate records in a remote work environment
5–10 hours per week on follow-up calls and confirmations
10–20 hours per week conducting customer appointments
5–10 hours per week on training, administrative work, and skill development
Qualification
Required
Customer service–focused individuals with strong communication skills
Self-motivated professionals comfortable working remotely
Candidates willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (guidance provided)
U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents able to pass a background check
Individuals with integrity, coachability, and a growth mindset
