Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team
Oversee engine design, integration, testing, and validation
Partner with leadership to define the product roadmap
Interface with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Drive innovation in performance, manufacturability, and cost
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading engine or mechanical systems development
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
Deep expertise in combustion engines, rotary systems, thermofluids
Strong hands-on prototyping and lab-based engineering experience
Skilled in CAD/simulation tools (SolidWorks, FEA, etc.)
Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred
Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering
