Responsibilities
Manage job site activities with general contractors and subcontractors, focusing on schedule, safety, and quality
Review drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and contractual standards
Conduct site checks to confirm work is performed to contract scope, budget, and schedule
Generate RFIs, RFAs, construction plans, and progress reports for coordination with GC and client teams
Apply OSHA standards and identify/correct safety non-compliance
Review monthly progress payment documents and approve contractor payments
Participate in emergency response as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in architectural/construction field
Bilingual in Korean/English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of project management and document tracking systems
Reinforced concrete (RC) OR steel structures, OR interior finishing experience for commercial or industrial construction projects
Preferred
Semiconductor, commercial, or industrial building construction
