They are seeking a highly motivated Investment Communication Specialist to bridge the investment team, marketing, and clients, playing a strategic role in client communication and business development.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for portfolio management team and extracting data needed for various requests including but not limited to DDQs, RFIs, RFPs, Factsheets & Whitepapers that are both advisor and client facing

Partners with Sales, Marketing & Compliance to support advisors and develop new business opportunities

Collaborate with the investment team to translate complex strategies into client-friendly narratives

Maintain a strong grasp of portfolio positioning, performance drivers, and risk exposures

Tailor investment commentary for different audiences, including consultants, advisors, and institutional investors

Prepare timely and accurate responses to DDQs, RFIs, and RFPs

Support ongoing consultant database updates and information requests

Ensure all client communications are consistent with firm standards and compliance requirements

Required

5+ years of experience in Financial Services

Understanding of investment strategies, portfolio construction, and capital markets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and risk data

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with high-level presentations

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work on-site in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area

Preferred

FINRA Licenses/Series 65 &/or Professional Designations (CFP/AIF/CIMA/etc.)
