Required

Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills with the ability to address and resolve field-related issues efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients in on-site settings

Field service experience, including hands-on implementation and support of technical equipment and solutions

Project management skills, including planning, execution, and documentation

Ability to adapt to dynamic, on-site environments and handle multiple responsibilities effectively

Willingness to work in an on-site, outdoor environments in the New York Metropolitan Area

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred

Electrical installation experience is a plus

Practical knowledge of CAD or BIM software is a plus
