Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the organization's purchasing processes and drive cost savings

Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development

Oversee the supplier selection process, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and services

Lead supplier VA/VE projects engagements, partnering with iFIT’s' Product and Quality teams to continually drive optimized costs

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance and support

Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards

Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improving the organization's procurement processes and strategies

Influence Contract Manufacturer’s manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies in a beneficial and sustainable way

Implement CM and Supplier performance controls to ensure operational excellence

Build and own overall project budgets and generate capitalization plan based on project timeline focusing on TCO of the categories managed

Prepare and present procurement reports and performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies

In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
