Responsibilities

Reviewing and negotiating real estate provisions in M&A Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements
Conducting real estate due diligence (including lease reviews and abstracts, title, survey and zoning review)
Preparing clear due diligence memoranda and reports
Drafting and negotiating real estate-related documentation
Coordinating with local counsel on title and zoning matters
Working closely with corporate, private equity and finance teams on a wide range of transactions

Required

U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required
3-5 years of relevant law firm experience
strong drafting and analytical skills
