Responsibilities

Lead Operations projects - determine objectives and deliverables, and ensure achievement and project success
Develop and deliver an appropriate project business plan, including resources, costs, return on investment, and timing
Ensure that project deliverables meet regulatory and corporate standards
Monitor project progress, including budgets, interim milestones, and final deliverables
Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them
Identify and address areas of project risk and implement strategies to mitigate project risks
Regularly present project status to individual team members, project team leadership, and company leadership as required
Partner with a variety of function, region, and business resources to develop and execute business plan, and facilitate collaboration to achieve project objectives
Assist in implementing permanent changes to business practices to ensure overall effectiveness of the company

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical field, including at least 2 years in a project management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and work together with a cross functional team and influence stakeholders at peer group and 1-up levels
Demonstrated ability to manage projects – including determining objectives and deliverables, managing execution, and ensuring project success
Strong organization, execution, and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%, domestic and international

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field
Medical device industry experience
Experience working in a Global Supply Chain or Operations function
Strong working knowledge of the Quality Systems basics
Experience working in functions supporting Capital Equipment
Excellent ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Previous experience with larger scale projects, either as project lead or team member
PMP certification is a plus
Experience with agile project management and IT related projects
Experience with new product introductions and Product Life Cycle processes

Compensation may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
