Conducting, and documenting interviews, investigations, and research associated with the above listed documents
Assist in companywide activities associated with the position
Qualification
Required
The ability to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, procedures, and documentation requirements
The ability to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
The ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
High School Diploma
Previous technical writing experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and correspondence
Effective communication/comprehension skills - verbal and written
Ability to physically count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit and talk or hear
The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms
The employee must have the ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders, lift materials up to 50 lbs., and move materials up to 600 lbs. using a pallet jack
