Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests as needed

Answer questions related to parking, locations, directions, and general site information

Address concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate

Monitor streets, garages, and flat lots to ensure proper payment and adherence to posted parking rules

Issue citations using a handheld device or manual ticketing process with an opportunity to earn a $5 bonus per citation issued

Log vehicles and maintain accurate and timely documentation

Observe parking patterns and report unauthorized parking, operational issues, or irregular activity

Follow all safety procedures when working around active traffic

Maintain awareness of surroundings and support a safe environment for guests and team members

Immediately report hazards, incidents, equipment issues, or suspicious activity

Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs, or vandalism

Ensure equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in proper working condition

Support peak periods, special operations, and event needs as directed
