Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Analyst will process high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and goods receipt)
Review and verify expense reports and credit card statements
Resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders
Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper documentation
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close
Prepare and analyze accounts payable aging reports
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to streamline processes
Assist in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Preferred
Proficiency with SAP a plus
Familiarity with international payment processing and multi-currency transactions
Exposure to audit and compliance processes
