Required

2+ years of experience managing Workday implementations
Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Monday.com
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Workday certification(s) a plus
Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
