Responsibilities

Influence Roadmaps: Working across the IHA, help construct technology roadmaps and milestones to accelerate the content supply chain
Embed yourself across the In-house agency: Learn the workflows of creative, production, and digital teams; identify opportunities where technology can remove friction or unlock speed
Support Standardization: Contribute to playbooks, templates, and process documentation that drive consistency and efficiency across the in-house agency
Enable Adoption: Help build training resources, document best practices, and support teams in adopting new templates, tools, and capabilities
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Capabilities, Content Ops, Tech@Lilly, Lilly Bengaluru, Brands, and Modular Content teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Drive Value Rapidly: Partner with the IHA Technologist Lead to pilot use cases (Adobe and other tools), track outcomes, and support scaling successful initiatives across the in-house agency
Assure Compliance & Quality: Apply regulatory and accessibility requirements when delivering creative tech solutions, ensuring we are aligning innovation with the right teams to ensure quality standards are maintained while moving fast
Provide Feedback to Improve Tools across the CSC: Surface technology pain points and blockers across the IHA and feed new requirements and product enhancements to cross functional partners such as the Lilly Capabilities team, Adobe, etc. to accelerate the Content Supply Chain
Track & Share Success: Capture key learnings, metrics, and case studies from pilots to highlight value delivered and influence future adoption
Stay Ahead of Trends: To position the IHA with best-in-any-class technologies the market has to offer outside of Adobe, monitor external emerging technologies and creative tools, bringing forward ideas that could strengthen the content supply chain

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience driving creative design, production, personalization, and digital marketing
3+ years of hands-on, technical expertise with using Adobe Creative Suite (Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, GenStudio, Firefly, etc)
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role
Proven Innovator: Demonstrated ability to apply and scale creative technologies in ways that improve processes, speed, or quality within marketing and content production
Creative Technology Specialist: Significant understanding of creative technologies with an ability to spot gaps, propose solutions, and work within pharma regulatory guardrails. Ability to understand pain points and communicate with appropriate teams to influence product enhancements
Hands-On Executor: Comfortable working in fast paced environments and running multiple projects in parallel to test, pilot, and deliver technical solutions quickly and effectively. Adept at breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps and troubleshooting issues in real time
Curious Learner: Agile mindset with a willingness to experiment in ambiguity, succeed or fail fast, and continuously improve how we deliver work
Change Advocate: Champion of adopting new ways of working with technology and enabling teams through OCM
Detail-Oriented Integrator: Individuals who maintain high attention to detail in applying brand guidelines, accessibility, and compliance requirements across deliverables
Collaborative Partner: Skilled at building relationships across teams, tailoring communications to different groups and stakeholders, and ensuring integrated solutions

Preferred

3+ years experience driving creative technology strategies and influencing senior stakeholders across global teams
Exceptional communicator and comfortable interacting with senior leadership and in front of large audiences
Proven ability to create tailored, end-user focused training materials to position teams for success with new ways of working
Demonstrated success in leading organizational change management
Experience in managing creative workflows, including asset management, personalization, and scaling content across multiple markets
Foundational knowledge with creative configuration platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Canva, or similar)
Experience working within highly regulated or compliance-heavy environments such as healthcare, finance, government, or media, with a strong understanding of the importance of process rigor, documentation, and cross-functional review
Demonstrated success in leading centralized tech teams that support multiple brands and stakeholders across diverse marketing channels
Proven intellectual curiosity and external perspective, driving innovation and continuous improvement
Highly motivated to pursue ongoing learning and professional development, including obtaining certifications such as, but not limited to, Adobe Certified Professional (or equivalent industry recognized certifications in Adobe tools) to stay current with application advancements and industry best practices
Ability to diagnose process vs. technology pain points and implement solutions through project planning and milestone management
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Self-starter with a track record of independent initiative, ownership, and effective self-management
Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments
High learning agility and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
