Data Integrity Analyst
The University of Maryland - Division of University Relations is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Analyst dedicated to supporting the Prospect Research & Management and Business Intelligence units. This role is critical for maintaining data-related functions that support fundraising operations and involves large-scale data clean-up efforts in preparation for CRM migration.

The User and Information Services department, which is part of Advancement Services within the University Relations division, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Analyst who is dedicated to the collaborative priorities of the Prospect Research & Management (PRM) and the Business Intelligence (BI) units as demonstrated through effective project management and prioritization
This role is critical to maintaining data-related functions that supports fundraising operations including contributing to large-scale data clean-up efforts in preparation for the CRM migration and establishing sustainable practices to ensure long-term data health and usability in the new CRM environment
Knowledge Understanding of relational databases and the importance of clean and accurate data
Proficiency in Advanced Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with higher education fundraising operations
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including, but not limited to, peers, division leadership, and university leadership
Diligent organizer with the ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities
A combination of a hybrid and traditional office environment, with the majority of time spent working on a computer
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as necessary

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience: Three (3) years of professional information technology experience in the areas of data maintenance or data administration
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education
Knowledge of academic policies
Skill in oral and written communication
Skill in the use of Google Office Suite
Ability to process large quantities of data with accuracy and discernment within a complex set of data windows
Ability to detect patterns within sets of data
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Ability to interact with internal and external staff at all levels in a professional, courteous and efficient manner

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
