Responsibilities

Represent the PrimaLoft brand with energy, confidence, and authenticity across every touchpoint
Bring our mission, technology, and sustainability leadership to life through storytelling and personal connection
Build deep expertise in PrimaLoft products, technologies, and partners so every interaction is on-brand and impactful
Take the lead on high-impact global events and tradeshows, driving strategy, planning, and execution end-to-end
Partner on additional events led by the broader Marketing team, ensuring alignment, support, and consistent brand representation
Build and maintain a global activation calendar integrating tradeshows, retail activations, PR moments, and partnership events
Continuously assess the global event + tradeshow landscape to identify opportunities, determining where and how PrimaLoft should show up for maximum impact
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and post-event reporting for the events under your leadership
Strengthen PrimaLoft’s presence at retail through grassroots partnership building and hands-on execution
Drive meaningful in-store brand experiences in collaboration with retail partners
Support partner retail activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer engagement goals
Identify new ways to elevate brand engagement through creative and integrated activation strategies
Evolve processes and tools that help scale our global footprint while keeping experiences personal, premium, and unforgettable
Stay ahead of trends in events, experiential marketing, and retail activation to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table
Serve as the central point of contact for event and tradeshow partners, ensuring seamless communication
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact brand experiences

Required

Proven success leading brand experiences – with 6+ years of experience across events, tradeshows, or brand activation (agency or brand side)
Demonstrated ability to lead global tradeshows or large-scale activations from concept through post-mortem
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills
Thrives working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment
Domestic and international travel is required; candidates should be located near a major airport to facilitate frequent travel
Travel cadence varies by year; expect up to ~8 weeks annually

Located within driving distance or a direct-flight route to PrimaLoft headquarters in Albany, New York
Optimal city locations: Albany, NY; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO
