Responsibilities
Compensation Analyst will coordinate and implement incentive or compensation plans on a regular basis
Manage payout processes, including calculations, adjustments, and approvals, in collaboration with relevant teams
Perform monthly accounting activities such as accrual calculations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and support audits
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to calculations, reporting, and system navigation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Work with system providers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Maintain and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports
As a Compensation Analyst, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support automation and simplification initiatives for financial data collection
Participate in testing for system updates and enhancements
Handle additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in common office tools and technology
Comfortable performing complex calculations
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to confidentiality
Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes
Resilient under pressure and able to work in fast-paced environments
Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed
Ability to interact with various levels of management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
