The Judge Group is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer with hands-on experience in building and enhancing loyalty program platforms within the hospitality industry. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and support features that enhance guest engagement and personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable frontend and backend features using modern frameworks to support loyalty enrollment, member profiles, rewards management, and personalized offers
Build and integrate RESTful APIs that connect loyalty systems with booking engines, CRM platforms, mobile apps, and partner networks
Lead framework and library upgrades, ensuring system stability, performance, and security across all loyalty‑related applications
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with peers to maintain high engineering standards and clean, maintainable code
Provide system support for loyalty program services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless guest experiences

Qualification

Required

Strong full‑stack engineering background with 6–8 years of professional development experience
Proven experience with Node.js, including version migrations (e.g., Node 4 → Node 12)
Proven experience with React.js and Next.js
Proven experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot
Proven experience with Microservices architecture
Proven experience with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Proven experience with Gradle build tools
Proven experience with Jest, JUnit, Jupiter, and Mockito for unit testing
Experience resolving security vulnerabilities and implementing secure coding practices

Preferred

Background supporting or developing hospitality loyalty systems (e.g., rewards engines, member portals, tier management, partner integrations) is highly preferred
